My Story
Devyani has always been passionate about helping and healing others, which naturally led her to pursue a career in counselling. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and an Early Childhood Education Diploma and an M.A in Counselling Psychology. Later in her career, she expanded her expertise by pursuing additional education in Mental Health and Addictions.

With extensive experience as an addictions counsellor, Devyani developed a strong foundation in “client-centered” and “narrative” approaches to therapy. As a dedicated lifelong learner, she has also completed training as a Certified ADHD Professional (ADHD-CCSP) and gained knowledge in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the Gottman Method.

As a South Asian professional, Devyani deeply understands the challenges of navigating the duality of North American lifestyles alongside cultural norms. She recognizes the unique anxieties and hardships that can arise from this balance and is passionate about addressing the mental health needs of the South Asian community, as well as other cultures where mental health is often overlooked.

Devyani is committed to supporting you in identifying your passions, achieving your goals, and living a life that reflects your best self.

She offers sessions in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
